1. General Provisions

btjl is an online casino and betting platform that provides entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms apply to the btjl website, mobile version, and any related digital platforms.

By using this platform, you acknowledge that you are participating in gaming activities voluntarily, knowingly, and at your own responsibility. btjl reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel the terms of service at any time at its discretion.

2. Account Registration & Use

2.1 Account Guidelines

• Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. The account may not be transferred or rented to a third party.
• If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• It is the user's responsibility to update account information promptly whenever any details change.

2.2 Login & Security

btjl uses SSL encryption technology to ensure the security of your account. However, you are solely responsible for keeping your own device, network, and login credentials secure. For any account-related issues, contact btjl's 24/7 support team.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

At the time of registration, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. btjl may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents for age verification. Some or all account activities may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

If a minor fraudulently creates an account, that account will be closed immediately and all associated transactions will be cancelled.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

btjl follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure safe and transparent service. Before a withdrawal, or in cases of any suspicious activity, we may request the following documents:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of residence (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof related to payment method (such as ownership documents for a bKash or Nagad number)

Failure to submit KYC documents, or providing false information, may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance.

5. Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods at btjl are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, if KYC verification has not been completed, or if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

• Withdrawals will only be accepted via the same method used for the deposit.
• Funds with a pending withdrawal request cannot be used for betting while the request is being processed.
• btjl reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if any suspicious activity is detected.

5.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions at btjl are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currency, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

btjl offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Accepting a bonus is voluntary; however, once accepted, compliance with the associated terms is mandatory.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — you can start playing with ৳2,000 in total. To withdraw the bonus, you must complete ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers.

6.2 Bonus Terms of Use

• Bonuses may only be used on games and betting markets available at btjl.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• btjl reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• Bonus-earned balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are completed.

6.3 VIP Program

btjl's VIP program has four tiers. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

7. Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Operating an account using another person's identity
• Using any software, bot, or automated method to use the platform
• Collusion — influencing outcomes in coordination with other players
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in harassing behavior toward other users

8. Responsible Gaming

btjl believes that gaming should be a source of entertainment — not financial hardship or mental stress. We are committed to building a responsible gaming culture.

• You may request deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options.
• If suspicious gaming behavior is detected, btjl may take preventive action.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

btjl reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Providing false information during KYC verification
• Evidence of fraud or deception is found
• By legal order from the authorities

9.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

You may also request to close your account at any time. To do so, email our support team at [email protected] or contact us via live chat. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance, though applicable bonus conditions must be met.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the btjl website — logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the intellectual property of btjl. These assets may not be used, reproduced, or distributed in any way without prior written permission from btjl.

Content from third-party software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) is protected under the intellectual property of their respective companies.

11. Limitation of Liability

btjl accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss or missed opportunity caused by internet connection failure
• Transaction delays resulting from a third-party payment provider's service disruption
• Account security failure resulting from the user's own negligence
• Unexpected technical errors beyond btjl's control

Gaming is an entertainment activity and carries financial risk. You are using the platform having voluntarily accepted this risk. btjl's maximum liability is limited to the balance available in your account.

12. Changes to Terms & Governing Law

btjl reserves the right to change these terms at any time. For significant changes, reasonable effort will be made to notify users accordingly. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as your agreement to the new terms.
